  "content":"<p>I am not sure what the cause is, but an extraordinarily large number of personal sites seem to have been blocked by Telstra in Sydney, for no reason I can find.  For example, this site: <a href=\"https://denislearns.tech/building-python-asyncio\">https://denislearns.tech/building-python-asyncio</a> is blocked by Telstra with a scary warning like below:<br></p><figure><img src=\"https://gopinath.org/uploads/d76d56d4/b950/4eb3/1.png\" width=\"458\" height=\"272\"><figcaption><span class=\"attachment__name\">image.png</span> <span class=\"attachment__size\">23.38 KB</span></figcaption></figure><p>But there is nothing malicious about that website. The archive link is <a href=\"https://archive.is/CNtqc\">https://archive.is/CNtqc</a> which shows a very reasonable personal blog.</p>",
